“In love with love” – that was me. I was that idealist, that dreamer who had a collection of glasses in many a shade of rose.
Over time – I’ve had to redefine myself. The dictionary defines someone hopeless as:
1. beyond optimism or hope; desperate
2. not able to learn, perform, or work as desired; Inadequate
Hopeless? That’s just not me. I’m hopeful: Full of hope; expressing hope – and aspiring to success.
I’m not a psychologist or a psychiatrist – just a woman who is interested in people and how they relate to each other. My biggest teacher has been life and I’m still learning. These are my experiences and the experiences of those people who are close to me. Getting my thoughts and feelings down have helped me work through some things and move from hopeless to hopeful.
Maybe you can relate to them? Either way – read, comment and participate.
As we are dealing with sensitive issues here – names have been changed to protect the innocent and the guilty. For that same reason – I’m going to be remaining anonymous for the timebeing.
I really looking forward to getting to know all of you here at singleitnis – here’s to forming new relationships!
